70 g coarse black pepper

1 tbsp garlic powder

Dash ground cumin

70 g coarse sea salt

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 tbsp beef stock cube, crumbled

Method

Stumps special recipe (dry rub)

1) Mix spice ingredients in a small bowl and rub into desired steak.
